Tropical Music Productions has been providing music for the most discerning of clients since 1986. The Caribbean Cruisers perform at about 200 Special Events per year, mostly in the tri-state area but also out-of-town and overseas. In our 20 years we have entertained presidents, dignitaries, celebrities and the largest of corporations at the most famous venues in NYC. We strive to work closely with our clients to assure that our audiences can take full advantage of what we have to offer.

Band size can be from 2-10 pieces. Small groups of 2-3 pieces including steel drums offer an
instrumentation perfect for background or atmosphere. As more instruments are added, more repertoire and energy can be created. Arthur Lipner’s marimba (www.arthurlipner.com), when available, will add a touch of virtuosity and class to make your event even more memorable.

Steel drums are unusual instruments due to their pitch range and challenging technique. They require musical knowledge and professional know-how to play. The same
